Terms and fare rules

The short version of how our fares work. All prices are in EUR, taxes and fees included.

Fare rules

All fares shown on this site include taxes, fees and carrier charges. Prices are quoted in EUR per person unless a total is shown. A fare is guaranteed only once full payment is received and a booking reference is issued.

Changes

Date changes are free of charge when requested 72 hours or more before departure, subject to seat availability on the new flight. Any fare difference between the original and the new flight applies. Within 72 hours of departure, changes are handled manually by our team and a EUR 25 service fee per passenger may apply.

Cancellations

Flight bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After that, the following applies: 7 days or more before departure, a EUR 45 administration fee per passenger applies; fewer than 7 days before departure, the outbound flight is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in line with EU consumer rules.

Passport and travel documents

Passengers are responsible for holding valid travel documents for the entire trip, including a passport valid for the destination and any required visas. EU citizens travelling within the EU need a valid passport or national ID card. If you are unsure which documents your nationality requires for this trip, contact us before you travel. Voyara Travel Ltd. cannot accept liability for denied boarding caused by invalid or missing documents.
